Where to get timber cut and planed?

I've got four 2 metre lengths of timber I found in my garage that I want to use to create a set of steps for a hot tub (the existing one have disintergrated). The timber is quite chunky, it's 80mm thick, 220mm wide, so I dont think I have the tools or skills to cut and plane it down to the sizes and thicknesses I want so i can screw it together with some large coach screws to create 2 steps.
