I tried heating the lugnuts and oiling them, and using giant wrench, but no go.

Go get a sway bar unless you feel like investing in a new rim and garanteeing yourself that the tire cant be fixed. If the sway bar still isn't enough stick a long pipe on the end of it. It will break loose I promis you. Spary the shit out of them with some deep creep. WD40 is kinda crappy really and regular oil wont really work. And if you really did tourch the shit out of them you might want to replace the studs seeing as how you just fucked them for no apparant reason but hey, take this as a learning experiece. Your rim might be screwed to.
