I need help with character names for a story I am writing.?

I'm going to be a little brief on some details and overly deep in others, so please forgive me.

This is a fiction story, set in an alternate world with numerous sentient species coexisting in semi-harmony.

I need names for a male Harpie (looks human but with eagle wings and a lion's tail) that was, and still is, very small. He was expected to die shortly after his birth due to an illness he caught but has since recovered. He is intellectually younger than his physical age.

I also need names for two lizard people, one male one female. They're twins, a golden-brown in colour with yellow-gold eyes. They look like goannas walking erect. Their species is highly intellectual and technologically superior to humans. Their father's name is Varan (A play on the scientific name for the goanna)
