Depends on the voltage but $200/£150/€180 is a good ball park for a decent make such as Fluke. The price will vary dependent on the voltage range of the probe. There are cheaper alternatives but when you are dealing with high voltages it pays not to compromise on price. Have a look at the Farnell or RS Components sites.
