Why Build Your Own Fuel Cell?
You can build your own fuel cell for a fraction of what it costs to buy a commercial fuel cell. Not only will your unit, if done correctly, produce the same results it could produce even better results. Having control of size and output can custom fit a fuel cell to your specific engine. Engines that were too small to fit commercial units can now house custom built units.
Built By BOB
Instead of spending thousands for a sticker, you can slap on your own claim to fame. After all your custom built fuel cell for your specific engine producing optimal results will probably put a grin on your face, and you'll want to claim it. Tweaking your fuel cell for those optimal results is where the true savings are. Every engine is different, and it's next to impossible to gauge the exact benefits your engine will receive. Here's how to gain control and start tweaking.
Plates/Wires
First of all you used 316L stainless steel for your anodes right? My first plates were aluminum and they shorted out from the build up of oxidation. It's worth noting that the positive plates/wires take the most abuse. This is due to the production of the oxygen, the positive side produces the HHO, the O of course is oxygen. So if your going to spend a little extra on your cell make your positive plates/wires a thicker gauge. You'll thank me later, and your fuel cell will last years. Use that 316L stainless and change the water after a couple runs, this will burn off any factory grease/oil left on the plates. You'll get more control less muck, until no muck at all.
Conductivity
Control your conductivity in your water. You can do this by using distilled water, not filtered and especially not mineral or tap. The minerals and chemicals are what make the water conductive. Water in itself is a poor conductor, here's where you get to control the electrical pull of your cell. When you start with a clean slate like distilled water you can adjust the amount of catalyst used to increase conductivity therefor taking control of electrical pull of your cell. The pull will increase as heat increases so you need to find that happy medium of HHO production and heat. Too hot and you get thermal runaway until your fuse blows. If you don't use a fuse, you'll melt your cell. That little 15 amp fuse is a great investment. When you produce a well built cell, and know how to adjust it, you can get up to 2 liters per minute of HHO and your cell will be luke warm.
Fuel Ratio
When your pumping out large amounts of HHO and not leaning back your fuel, your wasting fuel. Your wasting HHO and gasoline and or diesel. If you keep saturation below 4% you won't throw off any sensors. Anything above that and your sensors will read an error. Your sensors are basically overgrown thermometers and their information is read by your engine in voltage. You can gain control of this voltage information and lean back your fuel. Look into a good EFIE to gain control to the millivolt. If your running an older engine or motorcycle you probably already know which screw to twist to control your fuel to air ratio. You'll be amazed at how far you can lean back your fuel when running HHO. You'll also start to grin when you realize how much fuel your saving. A little HHO goes a long way.
Now go enjoy the smoother cooler ride, that costs you less at the pump and helps save our environment. If you haven't already, and you like added horsepower, miles per gallon and cleaner emissions, now would be a good time to build your own fuel cell.

Four Tips for Your Patio Furniture Repair…
Doing your own patio furniture repairs can certainly make better sense, because you will be able to stretch your money and give the patio furniture the appropriate attention it deserve. Here are several noteworthy tips you can safely try when you do your own patio furniture repair.
Don’t you just love to loll around on a comfortable chaise? However, to stay safe and secure, you should check if your chaise is an old furniture model. Does it have a headrest, which can be adjusted into various positions? What makes these adjustments possible to perform are the headrests’ ratchets or claws.
However, the downside to this convenience is that repeated adjustments will weaken the support of the headrest, causing a collapse without any warning. You could get your fingers crushed between the headrest and the back of the chaise. How do you go about repairing this piece of furniture?
Patio Furniture Repair Tip #1
First, check if the headrest wobbles, it should not. Then check the screws that keep the ratchet together. Are these chipped, rusting, or worse broken? Buy replacement parts.
Patio Furniture Repair Tip #2
If the frame wallowed out holes, you can weld these holes and then drill these tight.
Patio Furniture Repair Tip #3
Even if the ratchet is not worn out, it may have become inflexible, have a coarse or rough feel to it. In which case the right repair tip is to remove the rivets and purchase new ones or, better yet, put in durable steel screws.
Patio Furniture Repair Tip #4
Do your vinyl straps look worn and damaged? If the answer is yes, this is because of the normal wear and tear use, as well as commercial chemicals, the juice and saps of your plants and shrubs, and strong cleaning chemicals. How do you go about to repair this particular problem?
Here is how you can restore the clean look of your vinyl straps. For vinyl straps with not too stubborn stains, you can mix a 20% household-cleaning agent, with 80% water, and make sure to mix these two ingredients well. When the mixture is bubbly and sudsy, you can dip a scrub into the mixture, after which you can apply the mixture to the vinyl straps.
Finally, be sure to conduct regular inspections of your patio furniture so you can perform patio furniture repair while the need is still minimal.

Power Devil Lawnmower , I have a petrol driven power devil lawn mower and i feel the carb needs adjusted .?
I have to run it on half choke sometimes and the plug gets very sooted up . Adjusting what looks like the mixture screw has helped the sooting but i wanted to know where i could view or download the proper setup procedure for the carb .
If this is a standard engine, you should find 2 adjustments on the carb, mixture and idle.
First, check the Air Filter is clean, and if you have had the mower idle over winter, flush the fuel tank...fuel can go 'stale'
The adjustment for mixture is not difficult, listen to the engine, adjust.... from 'end to end' the engine will run slow/ misfire when lean, and run slow/smoke when its rich. You need that sweet spot. When you think you are there, lower the idle, and try again. The 'best point' is when you have the mixture set to give highest speed, with the lowest practical idle. Get the choke fully open when you do this....no choke at all.. Choke is only there to give you better vacuum to draw the fuel on start.

Preserving summer in a jar
Many credit the revival of canning as a culinary hobby to the renaissance of lost arts, springing up right alongside knitting, letter writing and vinyl record collecting -- all of which are making a big comeback in this new decade. Others see canning as a recession-era effect, demonstrating how history repeats itself as scrimping, frugality and cost-effective shopping dominate our days. Still ...
