Optional Accessories (not included) The Removable Bit Driver Accessory is sold separately, and makes a great addition to the Blast multitool. This removable bit driver works by installing right on top of the integrated Phillips screwdriver blade. You can also add the Universal Tool Adapter to your Blast arsenal. Here are some more information for Lock Pliers Tool:

Before we can discuss ways to prevent a home burglary, it's important to have an understanding of when the burglaries occur, who commits the crimes, and what is usually taken. Almost all home burglaries happen during the day, when people are at work. The summer months see a lot of burglaries, especially in July and August. February actually has the fewest number of burglaries compared to the other months.
Home burglaries are usually committed by males under 25 years old. These guys are usually trying to grab small things that are easy to carry away and sell for quick cash that is needed for living expenses an most often, drugs. The favorite items of theft are cash, guns, jewelry and watches, computers and DVD players, and CDs. These things are easily concealed in a duffel bag as the thief exits the home, and are easy to convert to cash.
Thieves never like to do any extra work if they don't have to, so they first look for an open door or window. And, unlike most movies where the bad guy carries a fancy lock pick kit, burglars prefer to use common household tools like screwdrivers, pliers, pry bars and hammers. Although it may seem like burglaries are random and happen on a whim, this is rarely the case. Burglars will always go for the easiest target. This is the house with the easiest access, good places to hide, and a good escape route.
Burglars always go for the easy target! Most burglars will skip your house if it seems too difficult to enter. So the best way to help prevent a home burglary is to make it difficult for a thief to get in. Most burglars pick a point of entry that has the most cover, and usually has the weakest lock. This is typically the garage door, followed by the back door, and then the front door.
Now let's take a look at some pointers for the types of locks you should consider:
- Use a high quality, heavy-duty, deadbolt lock that has a one-inch throw bolt (The part that goes into the door when locked)
- If you have to use a "knob-in-lock", make sure you get one that's high quality, heavy duty, and has a "dead-latch" feature.
- A "dead-latch" mechanism prevents a credit card or shim from being used to pop open the lock
- A high quality deadbolt will have what's called a beveled casing. This usually stops the use of channel lock pliers to break off the lock pins and gain access.
- Always spend the extra money and get Grade One or Grade Two locks for exterior doors, as these resist prying, hammering, and lock picking.
Expert (But completely obvious) Tip:
Most people leave an extra set of keys in the car. Burglars are wise to this and first look inside your car for house keys and valuables. Make sure you lock your car, even if it's in the garage.
Now let's talk about Doors. Follow these tips below when considering doors in your home.
- Always spend the extra money and buy solid core or metal doors for all exterior entrance points. Many cheap exterior doors have hollow cores, and can easily be kicked through with not much effort by a determined burglar.
- If the door doesn't come with one, install a peephole that is a wide-angle 160°, mounted no higher than 58 inches from the floor.
- Make sure the door comes with a heavy-duty, four-screw, strike plate with 3-inch screws to penetrate deep into a wooden door frame. The strike plate is almost always the weakest part of the door, as it is where the deadbolt secures the door in place with the door jamb. Cheap doors come with very soft wooden moldings that are usually tacked onto the door frame. It just takes a strong kick or shove with a shoulder to tear the lightweight molding away and burst the door open.
- Also make sure that the screws that hold the door hinges in place have at least two 3 inch screws per hinge plate.
- Make sure that the screws holding the knob lock strike plate are longer ones as well.
To Conclude:
We always recommend spending the extra money to get good solid core or metal exterior doors, and strong, heavy duty locks. Remember that an experienced burglar can identify good doors and good locks. It is very likely that the mere presence of these upgrades will cause the burglar to think twice and move onto an easier target.

Body Piercing Supplies – What Tools and Needles to Get First
It is no secret that no matter what industry you are in, you need the right tools for the job. The body piercing arena is no different. There is a wide range of body piercing supplies you will need to make sure you are able to perform all the basic piercing techniques you may be required to do. This article will help you decide the bare body piercing supply essentials required for the job.
When considering what body piercing supplies you want to use, you should consider first and foremost the quality of the piercing tools, needles, and supplies. Beginning with the wholesale piercing needles, you want to look for a tri-bevel edge. This refers to the design of the needle, making it a sharp end to easily go through the skin. The most standard gauges for body piercing needles are 14 gauge and 16 gauge. These would be used for most tongue, navel, eyebrow, lip labret, and nipple piercings. The 18 gauge piercing needle is also very popular as there are many requests for nose rings that require such size piercing needle. Though body piercing needles come in all different gauges, these are the standard ones that should cover you for 90% of the piercing application you may initially do.
The staple of the body piercing supplies is the piercing tool. Body piercing tools come in a wide range for many different applications. You will need to start with some basics such as ring opening pliers and ring closing pliers. These are going to be used for opening and closing captive bead rings, a common piercing used in many different areas of the body. Other important body piercing supplies are hemostat forceps. These are usually locking pliers used to hold jewelry steady and such when doing the piercing. These come in straight and curved varieties; both important body piercing supplies. Forester forceps and pennington forceps are also a must have. You will use these to hold the part of the body being pierced steady while inserting the needle. These body piercing supplies come in slotted and non slotted to allow a space for the tool to be removed once the needle has been inserted. Septum forceps are a strange looking piercing tool with a small tunnel on the end to keep the septum steady and accept the needle that is inserted on one side of the septum through to the other side. There are many more body piercing tools you will eventually find you need or prefer. As you begin doing your piercings, you will have a preference and choose the right piercing tools for you.
Sterilization is an extremely important part of the body piercing supplies line. After all, you are basically doing somewhat of a surgical procedure. Using body piercing gloves is essential to avoid the spread of disease and infection. You will need an autoclave sterilization machine. The basic concept of the autoclave is to sterilize your piercing tools and piercing needles as well as jewelry using very high heat, gas and or steam. You will use sterilization pouches to sterilize your body piercing supplies. Sterilization pouches are envelopes in essence that usually will self seal after the sterilization of your body piercing supplies is complete. They will also usually have a color changing indicator printed on them that will show you a color variation when an item is sterile or not.
All these body piercing supplies will be available through your favorite wholesale body jewelry company on the internet. While you are there, don’t forget to pick up some pre and post piercing aftercare items as you will find that they too are a necessary part of your body piercing supply list.
Though there are many other body piercing supplies you will eventually need, this list should get you started with the basics. Always remember that each piercing job requires the right piercing tool for the job. With these body piercing supplies tips, you should be well underway to an exciting and lucrative body piercing career.

Stuck punch in crankshaft hole?
Im in the process of taking a cylinder head off my 2000 2.4L chrysler cirrus. I was taking out the crankshaft damper pulley and i used a small punch that fit in the hole where the bolt went as a INSERT for my 3 jaw puller. The punch went in and out of the hole easily so i figure it was ok to use. Somehow ..now the punch is jammed in the hole.It is not stuck in on the pointy side its backwards(Flat side in..pointy side is viewable). Ive tried a variety of tools even a huge set of locking pliers. I tried spraying it with some WD-40..no luck. Is there a tool or a way of getting stuck things out like this. The hole is a half inch in diameter and the punch is lil bit smaller but it moved freely in and out of the hole. MUCH help would be very appreciated right now...so that i can carry on with my project..Thanks!
Can you weld? Try welding a "T" handle on it and then you will have more leverage in pulling it out. Of course protect the crankshaft as you do this.
