should i primer over my old primer?

ok so i painted my kar 2 months ago and yea ima newbie.....but i sanded down to where there was no paint and i filled in a couple dents so i primered my car with 2k urethane primer and sprayed it with urethane jet black but turns out that i didnt like the out come so now 2 months later i want to redo it what should i do........o and i already started sanding and was wondering if i should spray primer over the old primer or just go to straight paint becuz my car looks like a cow rite now it has black and gray spots haha

If you already had the car straight (as in the body work) all you had to do was scuff up the old paint and primered over that.
