My blade keeps slipping on my clippers?

i have wahl clippers where you don't have to change the blades you can just move a lever and it goes from a 10 blade to a 15 to a 30 and lately it has been slipping and i have to keep it at 30 which is a surgical cut and i know you can cut them when it is slipping so do you know how i can fix it? here's a pic
