Here are some more information for Honda Acura Harmonic:

I have recently been riding around on the Hero Honda Achiever, as part of my fun-job of an automotive writer for Hindustan Times. The Achiever is a good bike but is caught in the quicksand of mediocrity. It would have been a great bike about a year back but now with the Pulsar DTSFi just around the corner and the Honda Unicorn firmly established, the Achiever is nothing but a plug, a plug for the premium segment hole left in the Hero Honda boat, rocked by falling sales of the once-wonderful but now Triassic CBZ.
Sure, the styling is good but it looks done half-heartedly. The bike lacks the edginess of the Apache, the harmonic imbalance of the Unicorn and the swoopiness of the Pulsar. The engine is smooth but anything coming from the Unicorn's womb would be. Sure the Achiever irons out all of CBZ's deficiencies, but that is too little, a too late.
So will the Achiever sell? Sure! An average Hero Honda showroom gets as many footfalls as my neighbourhood mall and some of these should fall for the Achiever. But is the Achiever going to achieve anything? Nah!
Talking of Achiever using a Unicorn inspired mill, I am a bit confused about Hero Honda's place in Honda's plans. Or maybe I am not. Have you noticed that nowadays Hero Honda gets every design after Honda (or HMSI) has already used it beyond its use-by date.
The Achiever uses the Unicorn's mill and the Pleasure uses more than that from the Activa. And with Honda planning to launch a new 125cc bike, the engine of which may then head to the next generation Speklndor and Passion, the sequence seems to have just started. From what I hear, the update on teh CBZ (yes, they will keep it) will also be powered by a mutation of teh Unicorn engine. I hope the Munjals have the vision for the day when the penetration levels of HMSI get close to Hero Honda's

The Audi Q5 -- an Elegant Compact Crossover
Built by the German automaker Audi, the Q5 is somewhat of a compact crossover which lays the foundation for the Q7, this model is yet to be released as a 2009 version and it is being built using the modular longitudinal platform which is also referred to ask MLP, this same technology was also featured in the A5 coupe.
The new vehicle will be built in Ingolstadt as other models before. It will require an investment of around US$400 million. The Q5 will also be produced in Changchun, China to compete with other mid class vehicles on the Chinese markett. Despite a similar concept car named "Audi Cross Cabriolet quattro" shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show 2007, the first public available introduction of the new Q5 was at the Beijing Auto Show on the 19th April 2008. It features a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine, a hybrid petrol/electric is also expected to developed. When it comes to the transmission, this vehicle counts with a six speed automatic one which controls the 4 Wheel Drive system. Cha
According to its design it is able to compete with similar vehicles from different manufacturing houses such as the Infinity EX (by Nissan), the Acura RDX (by Honda), the Mercedes-Benz GLK-class, the Volvo XC60 and the BMW X3 built by the manufacturer with the same name.
At the moment the engine configurations are somewhat limited however, in the future it is expected to become available as a hybrid (gasoline and electric), a gasoline and petrol version and as a turbocharged direct injection vehicle also known as TDI.
Harmon/Becker Automotive Systems will produce the the German Automaker's new Multi-Media Interface (MMI) technology. It will be available for the first time in the Audi Q5. The system will probably offer navigation, communication, and not to forget wide-screen entertainment. Nvidia (known for it's computer graphic cards) presented a new concept of processors recently. Those are based on their computer graphic card technology. This technology is also used in scientific computers because the chips are potentially 20 times faster than Intel's pentium processors. One of them will be the base for the new MMI system, allowing generation of smooth map transitions when driving. With the technology a 3D orientation map with true-to-scale terrain and photo realistic depictions of key landmarks is made possible in cars for the first time. Finally with the new system Audi implements features including USB storage media (iPod and MP3), satellite radio and blue tooth.
Expected delivery dates to dealers are late Summer 2008 for Europe, and early 2009 in North America as a 2009 year model. Future powertrain options for the United States market have yet to be announced.
The Quattro Four-Wheel Drive:
This system is one-of-a-kind because it controls all four wheels asymmetrically, it means that if one of the tires is in danger of losing grip the system will redistribute the power among the rest of the wheels in order to restore the control to the driver as well as to minimize accidents. The Quattro Four-Wheel Drive system is now available not only in the Q5 but also in other Audi models for around 5000-1000 US $.

Harmonic Balancer on a Honda/Acura engine?
I'm trying to find out if anyone knows this? I'm working on an 95 Acura Legend with a 3.2-V, type II Honda engine, and I need to know if the bolt that holds the torsional damper (harmonic balancer) is right or left hand threads? I don't wish to break this bolt, and need to know, so if you know I would appericate an answer.
Thanks!!!
I have the damper locked down to where it won't turn, and I'm using an inpact wrench with a short socket on it, and it won't budge. Lock-tite on it, maybe?
Right hand threads means it turns the same way the clock goes to tighten the bolt, and the other direction for left hand threads.
Right hand threads, got crossed
Good luck with that bolt!
They are a PITA! even with a 3/4 impact.
Make sure you don't melt the rubber if you do heat it up. God, I do not envy you.
