How much weight could I lose in one month?

I'm fifteen and weigh 120 pounds, hoping to get down to 105-ish. (I have a small frame, and I'm short for my age, so I could definitely lose some weight and tone up!) Anyway, I'm planning on following this plan:

You're really only supposed to lose 2-3 lbs a week. Any more than that is unhealthy and the weight will come back. So I would say 8-12 lbs in a month, which is almost your goal. Good luck! : )
