Here are some more information for Flex Handle Screwdriver:

Concrete is one of the world's most common building materials. Here in Panama it is used for roads, driveways, buildings, houses and walls. That means a lot of concrete. But because concrete does not handle flexing, it also means a lot of cracks.
Nothing looks worse that cracked concrete, and left alone, it is only going to get worse.
Fortunately, for small and medium sized cracks, you can fix them on your own. All you need to do is closely follow the steps in this article, and soon you will have a crack free walkway or wall.
The first thing you need to do however, before repairing the crack, is find out the cause. You also need to decide if the crack is caused by a structural failure. Or, if the concrete itself is structural.
If it is structural, or if you are unsure, contact a building professional immediately. This is not something you want to repair yourself. Also, if the crack is very wide, you might want to call in the pros.
But, if it is purely cosmetic, and maybe it's just because it is a new home, you can handle it yourself. Cracked cement walls are common during the first couple of years. And it is not necessarily a structural issue.
Once it is determined that you can go ahead and repair the concrete, it is fairly straight forward.
Clean out the Crack
Using a combination of tools like screwdrivers, wire brushes and trowels, clean out the crack. You will be unable to make a quality repair if there are little bits of cement rubble left behind.
If the crack is very narrow, it is a good idea to "key out" or widen the crack a little bit. This will help to hold your new concrete or repair material. And allow it to form a stronger bond.
Make sure you clean the area extremely well with a wire brush.
Wet the Crack and Repair Area
Depending on where the crack is, and how large it is, you can use a spray bottle or garden hose. The idea is to dampen the existing concrete as much as possible. But you don't want to leave pools of water.
Mix Up Your Repair Material
Using repair patch material purchased at the hardware store, mix according to the instructions. You want a mixture that is strong and easy to work with. Not too runny and not too stiff.
It is usually better to use a flexible patching compound than just mixing up some cement. It will flex if there is any more movement, and it will allow you to get away without adding primer.
Fill the Crack
Using a small putty knife, suitable for the size of the crack, trowel in the new material. Push and pack the material into the crack as best you can to avoid causing air pockets.
Smooth the Repair
Using a trowel, smooth out the new material. It should be even with the old concrete. You may have to do this a couple of times as the concrete starts to "set-up" or harden. Make sure to "feather" it into the old concrete.
If cracks are larger than a 1/4 of an inch or so, you will need to use either caulking or sand to give the repair some structural strength.
As you can see, patching small cracks in concrete only takes a few steps. Then, your sidewalk or wall will be as good as new. In the case of a wall, you should now be ready to paint. Make sure the repair has lots of time to dry before walking on or painting it.
If cracks are very large, or structural, you should call in a professional contractor right away.
But take a shot at fixing the smaller cracks yourself. You will save yourself some money. And, even more importantly, the satisfaction of a do-it yourself job will give you a great sense of accomplishment.
Concrete cracks will only get worse over time. And they stand out as a sign of neglect. With a little bit of time, your walls or walkways will give you a great sense of pride. Even more so, if you fixed it yourself.

How To Replace Laptop Lcd Ccfl Backlight Lamp
I'm writing here to share my experience with customers who need to replace backlight lamp.I learned it from some online information and also included my ownexperience. The task is not easy even for experienced people, so replacing the backlight lamp is on your own risks. Please do it carefully while replacing, otherwise you have to buy a new LCD screen.
The following is my summary of steps to replace the backlight lamp:
1.When you are assembling the screen, remove dust and lint with compressed air. Do not use cloth.
USB WIRELESS LAN Adapter(WIRELESS USB LAN Adapter)
2.The ccfl backlight lamp is located inside laptop LCD screen, so we are going to take the screen apart.
3.Remove sticky tape and foil from the back of the screen and glue it somewhere so you can reuse it later, when you assemble the screen.
4.Removing tape from the backlight cables.
5.On my screen the green circuit board was glued to the plastic frame with a double sided tape. Carefully unglue the circuit board. Be very careful, do not flex or bend the circuit board.

6.Place the LCD screen on the side and start removing the metal frame witch secures the LCD to the plastic frame. There will be many latches on all sides of the frame, you can unlock them with a small screwdriver.
7.Continue separating the metal frame from the plastic base.
8.On the following picture you can see that frame, LCD with the circuit board and screen base have been separated.Be careful, do not touch internal components with your fingers. Handle all internal components by the sides.
9.Place the metal frame and LCD with the circuit board aside. You'll need them only when you assemble everything back together.
10.There will be a few transparent layers inside. Carefully remove them from the screen base. Do not separate the layers, just put them aside together.
11.Keep everything organized, so you have no trouble assembling the screen.
12.Start removing the metal cover from the backlight lamp.
13.Now probably the hardest part in this disassembly process removing the backlight lamp and reflector. The backlight lamp is secured inside the reflector so you have to remove both and then separate them. Before you remove the backlight lamp and reflector take a closer look how it's assembled and mounted to the screen base. Fitting the backlight and reflector back in place could be a very challenging task.
14.After the reflector has been unattached from the screen base, you can start removing the backlight lamp. As you see on the picture, I marked the left side of the reflector with a red dot so I know where the red cable goes when I assemble everything back together.
Network Device(USB Wireless LAN Adapters )
15.In order to access the backlight lamp leads you'll have to remove the rubber caps from both side of the lamp. I'm not sure if you can touch the backlight lamp with your fingers, so I would use rubber gloves.
16.Cabled on both sides of the backlight lamp are soldered to the backlight leads. In order to access the leads you'll have to remove the black insulator on both side of the lamp.
Unsolder both cables from the old backlight lamp and solder them to a new one.
17.You can test the new backlight lamp (CCFL) before you install it back into the screen. Connect the backlight lamp into the inverter board and turn on the laptop. The backlight lamp should light up.
