Should I adjust my laptop adapter's voltage coming to the Philippines (from the Netherlands)?

Apparently the Netherlands uses 230V while the Philippines uses 220V. I just came to the Philippines and my adapter seems to be playing up (only charging occasionally).

I have a universal notebook adapter which has adjustable voltage settings from 15V to 24V, and these specifications:

Input: ~ AC 100-240V 50-60Hz 1.8A

and the output adjustable for each of the settings:

DC 15V 67W max
DC 16V 72W max
etc until 24V

I have an Acer laptop for which I use the 19V setting in the Netherlands (DC 19V 85W max). Is there a better voltage setting to put it on to be more compatible with local power requirements? Thank you!

The DC output of your Charger/Converter is Adjustable Manually through a switch assembly. The input AC/Wall Outlet usually is automatic in switching power supplies, which is so in your case if there is no selector switch hence AC 100/110/120/220/240 then it is automatic. Other words Go,Go.Go!
